EXPERIENCE

Nancy’s client service experience ranges across several industries, with primarily privately held, entrepreneurial companies in the construction, real estate, medical practice, entertainment, agribusiness and equine industries. In addition to providing review and compilation services and tax compliance and consulting services, she provides business consulting, family financial planning, litigation support primarily in connection with divorce matters and taxpayer representation services.

PERSONAL DATA

Nancy was born in Kalamazoo and grew up here. She graduated from Western Michigan University in December 1979 with a BBA Degree in Accounting.

Nan and her husband, Bob, live near Allegan, Michigan. Nan enjoys farming, gardening and golf.

COMMUNITY SERVICE

Nan is deeply involved in Rotary


Nan is a member of the Rotary Club of Kalamazoo and serves as the Rotary District 6360 Foundation Board Treasurer. She is a past President of Kalamazoo South Rotary. Nan is a past board member of the Kalamazoo/Battle Creek Chapter of the Executive Women’s Golf Association. Her past community service includes serving as the Treasurer of the Pipp Health Foundation in Plainwell, Michigan, the past Treasurer of the Allegan County 4-H Clubs, Inc. and as a deputy with the Allegan County Sheriff’s Department Mounted Division.

PROFESSIONAL

Nan has been granted the professional credential of Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP). The CCIFP designation is a professional credential designed to demonstrate continued competence in the field of construction finance and requires continuing education in the construction industry to maintain the certification.

She is a frequent participant at the AICPA National Construction Industry Conferences and is an active member of the Certified Financial Management Association’s (CFMA) Tax and Legislative Affairs committee.

Nan is a member of the AICPA and MACPA, and has an active CPA license in Michigan. She is the past chair of the MACPA Agribusiness Tax Force and is also a member of the MACPA Federal Tax Task Force.
